What is the Pace of the Lisbon Running Tours?
Our tours are 100% personalized sightseeing runs, not competitive races! We always run at your comfortable pace. Whether you want a relaxed jog with frequent photo stops or a challenging workout up Lisbon’s hills, just inform your Running Partner and we will adapt to your rhythm.
Do I Need a Reservation in Advance?
Yes, advance booking is required. To guarantee guide availability and personalized hotel pick-up service, all participants must book online through our Booking Form prior to the tour.
Where Do I Keep My Luggage & Belongings During the Run?
Your local Running Partner carries a light running backpack and is happy to hold small essentials such as your phone, hotel key, wallet, or identification cards. For larger bags or luggage, we recommend leaving them safely at your hotel reception.
What do I need to bring?
You just need to bring your running shoes and good vibes. And we’ll take care of you.
What Happens in Case of Rain or Bad Weather?
Our tours run rain or shine! Running in light rain can actually be very refreshing. However, in the event of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, your tour can be easily rescheduled or fully refunded upon consultation with your Running Partner at the meeting point.
What Are the Tour Times and Meeting Points?
Meeting Point:Your guide meets you directly at your hotel lobby or accommodation in central Lisbon.
Weekday Hours: 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM Weekend Hours: 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM (Early morning hours ensure cool temperatures, empty streets, zero traffic, and low pollution levels!).
How Many People Participate in Each Run?
All our guided runs are 100% private. The tour is exclusively for you and your private group of friends, family, or travel companions.
Do the runs have stops?
The runs will be held in a comfortable pace and we will stop during the run to catch breath, drink water and take pictures.
What Languages Do the Local Running Guides Speak?
Our guides speak fluent English, French, and Spanish (Castilian). Please indicate your preferred language when completing your booking form so we can match you with the best available guide.
